We provide a wide range of services to employers and employees, including advice on human resources issues and defense of employers in administrative and court proceedings. We provide advice to employers regarding employment and independent contractor agreements, including non-compete and other restrictive covenants; employment handbooks, policies and practices; and other personnel matters. We regularly review and prepare policies, procedures and documentation concerning hiring, job classifications, Wage and Hour, discrimination and harassment, maintaining and protecting trade secrets, confidentiality obligations, conflicts of interest, privacy rights, codes of conduct, employment and independent contractor agreements.
